Craig's been doing a lot of traveling lately for his job since he was promoted to a new position. It's taken him all over the country and this time he spent a week in Vegas. There's more to the area than the bright lights of the city strip...
Lake Mead is the largest man-made lake in the world! It's a National Park and covers one million square miles with 800 miles of shoreline. The landscape is very different from ours at home. I would love to see this someday...
Hoover Dam is in Lake Mead. Craig rented a pontoon boat for some of his customers one day and then went jet-skiing the next.
Of course, at the end of the day, it wasn't a camper he went back to... it was the posh M Resort and then the Trump Hotel! We were envious of the television in the bathroom mirror!

The lake has an incredible colour! Beautiful!
a little advise: never buy to your husband a television in your bathroom. He wouldn't come out of the bathroom anymore, and worse, he would invite his friends ;))
I really would like to visit this place!
Sounds lovely to see the country, but hard to be away from home so much.
Did Craig see the Red Rocks? That's another beautiful area in the Las Vegas vicinity.
