The Cheater’s Guide to Real Food (or the advice I gave my grandmother)
This is a must-read for everyone. Though I know how to ferment my own sauerkraut or bake my own bread, I don't always have the time to do it. Jenny gives excellent alternatives for people who find themselves too busy, overwhelmed by the information, or just plain don't want to cook. It's short, too, so you do have time to read it! I do struggle with this. Thanks for sharing. I am thinking about a bread machine to make our own fresh, healthy bread. I had one. But could not stand the odor when pregnant. I'll have to add it to the list.
The "prove you're not a robot" authenticication is funny. Not only the statement but the fact that I have to refresh it approximately three times to read the number/words. Eyes!!
Thank you for sharing, I will have a look
