a Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays and a Happy New Year!!!

On the eve of the first day of winter, we are counting down until St. Nick comes and we celebrate the birth of Jesus. I love this time of year. Cookie baking tomorrow! Nathaniel's been singing "The Hanukah Song" (thanks Adam Sandler for making a song we can't get out of our heads!!). And the presents are all wrapped, except for Elle's because I still have to get one for her. Turkey starts thawing tomorrow. Yep-- I think that's it!  We had an interesting trip to the doctor yesterday because Caroline has had swollen glands for a little while. They sent her for a large battery of blood tests, she fainted, and I put her to bed for the rest of the day! So, we'll wait to see what's up (hopefully not Mono!).
