Our prayers go out today to all those who have lost loved ones and are lost by the storm that hit the Philippine islands. I was so worried when I read the headline about it in the paper today because the little girl who Craig and I sponsor lives in Quezon, right outside of Manila. It looks as if the storm hit the southern part of the country near Iligan and Cagayan de Oro and the death toll is past 900 right now. We hope to hear if she and her family are okay.

Me too! My parents were watching a programme tonight on the extreme weather we've seen round the world this year....another one to add to the list. I hope your sponsor child and her family are safe.
I hadn't heard about the storm :( I'll be praying too.
