I'm still here!  It seems the days fly by and I haven't had time to post anything. Tomorrow is St. Nicholas Day so I had to start my Christmas shopping this morning. We decorated the house for Christmas over the weekend and it's merry and bright around here. Caroline is turning her bedroom into a winter wonderland, making two paper snowflakes a day to hang from her ceiling. I'll have to try to remember to take a photo! I am starting to learn how to ferment so my head has been buried into food recipes and books on nutrition. I've still been contemplating a nutrition degree but that can wait. If you're wondering why you haven't received a Christmas card yet, well, it's because I haven't even started them yet! I will, I will. I've also been daydreaming about moving to Maine, buying some chickens and alpacas, a floor loom and growing a huge garden. You can call me Tasha Tudor... I am in love with the idea! And so is Caroline because then we could get a horse for her too! ;) Ah, daydreams. In the meantime, we've been lighting the beeswax pillar candle every evening, listening to Christmas music and enjoying some good homemade meals together.
