vertigo

Besides being a cool poster and a great classic movie, I posted this because I'm suffering from vertigo today. I have no idea why. I'm not sick (though maybe it's allergies?). I was doing yoga last night, went into an inverted pose and the room tilted... badly! I almost fell over, was dizzy all night and am still off balance this afternoon. What to do? If anyone ever has had it,  please tell me how you cured it!

Thank you for your help! My friend Becky suggested it might be ear stones which I had never heard of but it is quite possible that mine were displaced. My cousin Terrill also asked her yoga instructor friend and she thought it may have to do with my sinuses and that putting pressure on my ears. The great news is that I took it easy last evening (with my head in a still position) and when I woke up, it was all but gone! I was ready to call the doctor so I avoided that for now. It makes me wonder how many others deal with something like this often and so now I have more compassion for older people because it is more common in the elderly.
I'm watching a beautiful sunset as I type this, some chili is cooking for dinner, and the house is quiet as the kids are working on their homework. I've been lighting a beeswax pillar candle every evening on the table and it reminds me of Tasha Tudor and a simpler time. We watched the tree lighting on Rockafeller Plaza last evening on tv and it ushered in December. Happy December 1st! The kids opened their advent calendars this morning before school and I got to see "Breaking Dawn" at noon. It was a theater with just moms... kind of funny! I'm not sure if I liked this one... very violent, but that's the story. Hopefully the last one will be a little lighter. Have a good evening!

I only know Vertigo from U2.(love love love them) I'm afraid of height too. And now it's become less. How-to fly regular-every year. Every time it's getting better.
They only have to leave me alone-and I focus to myself. I hope you find the right way for you. Lovely greeting with heart&soul from Sil.
