I finally got to see
The King's Speech last night on DVD! If you haven't seen it yet, it's definitely worth viewing! It got four thumbs up from my family and is now one of my favorites. Nathaniel kept saying today that it was a really good movie. Every actor did a fantastic job but my favorite was Geoffrey Rush who is going to be remembered as one of the great character actors. I chuckle when I think of him playing this character and also Barbossa in Pirates of the Caribbean. This was especially good to watch after seeing the Royal Wedding last weekend as some of the scenes were in the same places. And we are in such a royal mood, after all! The story is very touching, especially because it is real and it is always good to hear of someone who has courage enough to overcome personal obstacles. Put that on the queue for next weekend!

We saw it last week. Loved it too! I was a bit leary because of the R rating, but it turned out to be fine. All of us thought is was a good one.
We just got that DVD in the mail yesterdaya.
I haven't heard about this film, but I'll have a look!
ps- Clara wrote two posts about the Royal Wedding :) One is the English newspapers, and the second, some photos of London after the wedding :)
It was a very good movie! I am glad you all enjoyed it. I agree that everyone was great in the film - I loved the scene setting too - particularly the "treatment room".
