Nathaniel asked for vanilla cupcakes with chocolate frosting and I found some Martha Stewart recipes for making them all from scratch. I used "Texas-sized" cupcake liners which turned out to be humongous and the batter was so fluffy that it rose to twice the size! But the frosting... my gosh, I will never buy store frosting again. This stuff is pure heaven!!! Seriously, I wish I could share some of these with you! I'm finishing making his birthday dinner right now and then it's cupcake time. Hope he thinks of a good wish! Thank you for all of your sweet comments to the kids... I've read every one of them to them and they appreciate you guys so much!!! :)
