Caroline's Confirmation was on Friday evening. In the Catholic faith as well as others, young men and women who are around the age of 14 become full members of the Church, receiving this Sacrament and the Holy Spirit as happened on Pentecost. It is a moving ceremony as this is a step into adulthood.

Our family with Bishop McFadden and Monsignor Youtz, who celebrated my and Craig's Sacrament of Confirmation only 6 1/2 years ago.
My favorite group of kids! These are the families we are close to and I was very lucky to be Hannah's Sponsor this year. Her twin brother Drew was also Confirmed, along with Haley. It was a big year for all three families! I regret that I didn't get a photo of Caroline with her Sponsor Sheri.
Now to celebrate another big milestone... it's Nathaniel's 13th birthday today and he's officially a teenager!!!
