he made it

Nathaniel found out yesterday that he's going to be on the Travel Team for U13 starting this fall! He has become a really good goalie and I'm proud of his focus and dedication!

Fantastic!!!! Congratulations to Nathaniel!!!

Ça vaut bien un petit yaourt à la vanille :-) My recipe :

1 yoghurt, 1 liter of full cream milk , 1 Bourbon vanilla pod, 8 coffee spoon of brown sugar

you can add 1/2 pot of powdered full cream milk

1) Bring the milk to a boil with the vanilla pod, taking care to scrape the tiny seeds with the tip of a knife and put them in milk.
2) Cool completely.
3) Remove the pod split.
4) Add the contents of the yoghurt pot and mix carefully so that the ferment is mixed thoroughly, add the sugar (and the 1/2 pot of powdered full cream milk if you want)
5) Pour the preparation into the 8 pots
6) Place the pots without their lid inside the yoghurt maker. Cover the yoghurt maker with its lid and plug in the appliance.
7) leave 10/12 hours (the yoghurt maker should be based on a flat surface and away of other sources of vibration).
8) Put the lids and store in the fridge for at least 10 hours.

Bon appétit ! and let me know :-)
