In a speech to AFBF a couple months ago, he declared war against "sustainability" and organic farming methods and those who support it. Read Rodale's eye-opening report about his viewpoints and how he is against small farms and any practice that is in opposition to large corporate agriculture. As Rodale's article points out, the only thing we can agree with this man on is Monsanto's "greenwashing" of practices, referring to them as "sustainability". And we know already that Monsanto and Round-Up is the antithesis of sustainability.
I guess I'm now an "extremist" for wanting my organic milk. In this article there is also very interesting reports of studies done on agriculture in Africa and how real organic farming is producing almost double the yield as chemical farming. Is it about the $$ Bob, or real farming?
