When I pulled out my watercolor block to work on my Christmas card, I found a painting that I had never finished of Brandt Point in Nantucket, MA. It was where Craig and I went on our honeymoon. I feel really badly that this was probably a present for him that remained unfinished. I hate to tear it off the tablet unfinished but I probably won't go back to it. It reminded me of how much I loved to watercolor and how I shouldn't let myself get intimidated by all the "rules" of painting and just paint!

It's beautiful even "unfinished!" The New England coast is one of my favourite places ever!
