I just finished the illustrations for my Christmas card!! Now I just have to get the cards made and addressed and sent! I have always loved the Nutcracker Ballet so I used that as my theme for the 2009 card. While I painted, I listened to it and that proved to be even more inspiring. This is such a magical time of year and making cards is my favorite thing to do.

Beth they are spectacular! THe first is my favourite - I too always loved the Nutcracker....often went to see it as a child - I was more fairy elephant than ballerina though!
Beautiful, Bethany! And especially so because I just returned home after watching a performance of the Nutcracker! Some of my students were dancing principle parts :)
