~ coconut milk contains lauric acid which has anti-microbial, anti-viral, and anti-inflammatory properties which can fight viruses like the swine flu! It increases your immunity to colds and flu. (Prescription antibiotics while killing the bad bacteria kills also the good bacteria, but natural lauric acid maintains the good while fighting the bad. Another good reason to stay with real food.) We buy coconut milk in a half gallon in the organic aisle of our grocery store. Add it to smoothies or to your breakfast cereal.
~ yoga can help anxiety and depression naturally: hormone neurotransmitters are lowered creating a sense of calm and levels of oxygen are increased in the brain elevating mood at the same time. I practice yoga daily for these benefits and for strength and flexibility... hatha concentrates on breathing and posture, iyengar on strength, flexibility, endurance and balance, and vinyasa for coordination of the breath and movement for a very physically active form of yoga.

Where do you find your flax seed? I, too, have heard good things about it, but also that it needs to be high quality...I'm never sure where to find good organic things like that!
You can buy flax seed meal (from Bob's Red Mill) in most health food stores or even most super markets. I buy it at Trader Joe's. You can also order directly from Bob's Red Mill. I've been eating flax seed meal on my morning cereal/yogurt for years.
Unfortunately coconut milk is high in fat so I use it sparingly. A lot of Indonesian cooking is done with coconut milk and it's one of my favorite flavors!
