This is basically a posting for my family since they are all out of town! So bear with me if you have no interest in school news!
Caroline had her orchestra concert last evening. The chorus sang too. This is a picture of how large it is! All sixth graders. She had the absolute best music teacher this year. Caroline came home telling me all about how much she loved the operas they were studying!
Here is a very blurry photo (we didn't get any good ones) of the sixth grade orchestra! They were absolutely fantastic! For some reason this particular grade of kids has many talented string musicians. I had goosebumps through every piece they played. Caroline's favorite was The Ukranian Bell Carol. They also played Rondeau, Theme from Canon in D, God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen, Contredanse and Trepak from the "Nutcracker Suite"! I was so proud of her!And her classmates!

She's growing up fast!

My goodness Caroline looks so grown up! She is such a beautiful young lady! Two concerts in one week...our program is tonight for the older boys...busy, busy!
How lovely, Caroline looks so wonderful in her dress. I also used to play the violin, I really enjoyed it.

So beautiful is YOUR daughter! You must be so proud of her...such talents. Is sixth gr in the middle school in PA or jr. high. Did I miss that part in yout post? ....I love the Trepak part of the Nutcracker. we just saw it this past weekend. Avery wants to be a ballerina I think...or maybe it's me!

I am delighted with your daughter because besides she is very pretty and she plays a divine instrument. So it seems that I am even listening to her...
I also have musicians children so I know how joy you feel when you are listening to Caroline .
