I didn't think I could do FOUR spurts of running but it is amazing how progressive overload works! I did it and I felt good afterwards! Tired, but good. And a little Aerosmith helps too!

run to the mailbox, 20 yards, 30 hours. that's me!!! i'm kind of chatty i'm not. and i wonder why my husband always falls asleep when we are talking in bed. lol!!!!!

Congratulations!! I managed to go run tonight too for the first time in a week - managed 5 miles with a sprint at the end - soon you'll be able to join me!!

I climbed up my stairs ten times this morning and something like 4 times this afternoon, I went 5 times to the second floor without Aerosmith ! Up... and down ! Does it count ;) Have a lovely day :)
