Never underestimate the importance of friendship! I received a package on Friday afternoon with something very special in it... a needle-felted tree ornament from Di and a very sweet postcard, just to cheer me up! I just can't tell you how much it meant to me for her to care so much though she's never met me. And all of you who are sending emails and nice notes. My first thought is that there are people who need this attention more than me, but truly, I do need to know that I have friends because that's what makes the day worth looking forward to. I have received lots of things that people have made for me in the past months and I have them all around me here at my desk, so I can see them every day! So I'm sending out hugs to all of you and thank you again Diane... you're a very special person!!
