Where does the day go? I am s l o w l y cutting out my rectangles for my quilt. Started the second fabric. This whole measuring and cutting out thing is so much like the technical artist/layout work I used to do as a graphic designer, but harder! Fabric has a lot of pull and give, so it wiggles on the board. I don't even want to figure out how many I still have left to do!

Good thing your quilt is not made out of jello. I do think the give and take gives the quilt personality. I'll have to take a picture of the one I brought home from mom's. I think I am going to drape it over an old dresser in the guest room. Not sure!
I wish I had time to sew a quilt. I am just barely doing knitting right now. Your quilt squares keep saying, Come on, Willow! Come over to the quilting side!
