"O..H...!"
"I...O!" It never fails... go almost anywhere and you'll run into a Buckeye! Becky just posted about her son's obsession with the best football team out there (ha!) and I realized I never mentionned this family's red blood! We're deep in Penn State territory but we wear our loyalties to OSU proudly!!! They play Illinois on Saturday... no problem. We're undefeated.

Yes but compared to Australian rules football it is but a game.

Where I grew up OSU stands for Oregon State University. I thought, what? they changed their mascot from the Beavers???
I once visited my parents who were living in South Carolina and saw all these sweatshirts with USC on them. Now I was a SoCal girl...you can see where this is going, right? I commented to Dad, wow, it's amazing that so many east coasters are USC (University of SouthERN CALIFORNIA) fans. My dad was gracious enough not to laugh, he merely said, USC out here stands for Univ. of South CAROLINA. Yeah, I know the colors were different, but I had a 4 mo old baby, and I was sleep deprived...
